  • We also survey your sales managers and sales leaders.

  • We then identify where there are gaps or misalignments between these two groups.

  • We have survey data from hundreds of companies, so we can say what the “size of your prize” will be for addressing and realigning those gaps.

  • The most time-consuming event for us will be getting all surveys completed by both groups.

  • Once all information has been received, turn-around time is quick.

  • After we have analyzed all the data, you will receive a PDF of our findings and recommendations.

  • You will also receive a full in-depth one-hour web-conference consultation, going through our findings with you.

  • We’ll discuss the priorities for addressing suggested improvements.

  • We’ll also discuss what we like to call “the cost of doing nothing,” the checks you’re writing every month for having your current gaps and misalignments.
